Excellent experience with awesome follow from the Trip.com team nice location with amazing view with enjoyable facilities for kids with easy access for hotel facilities clean room with nice hospitality also easy for checkout I will repeated again diffidently with Trip.com thanks again .

For the price we paid for 2 nights including the new year’s eve, it should have atleast worth every penny. When we checked in, we immediately complained about the pillow which smelled sweat and the bedsheets which had stain and hair on it which is unusual if it was newly changed. Also, the sea view room provided to us was the one facing the hotel gate entrance and with the sea on the other side of the road and was noisy at night as you can hear cars and different noises from the ground. You have to call for the shaving kit, cotton buds and did not provide extra toilet paper on our second day. The tissue in the tissue box smelled mold. The TV remote also did not work and had to call for assistance.

Stayed at a Hilton property a day earlier (Hilton beach and resort ras al khaimah), and having thoroughly enjoyed it, we had high expectations from Double tree Hilton Marjan, however it didn’t live up . Front desk was curt, not welcoming, not friendly nor helpful. If you have a toddler 4 years or younger, keep away from the kids club as there is no separate area for toddlers and kids. Ball pit for toddlers and bouldering for kids are in the same zone with kids being reckless exposing toddlers to danger. I had one kid jump off the wall and struck his foot on my toddlers head (sharing from experience). There is no hotel staff supervising the rash behavior of older kids, further to which the staff don’t let parents enter the ball pitt leaving the young toddlers exposed to risk of being hurt. While the property and location was good, double tree Hilton left us feeling disappointed.

Nice swimming pool and kids waterpark Kids definitely will enjoying to stay have alot of facilities for them. Breakfast its normal should be improve Dinner is overprice not suggested

Here is the honest message and review The GM need to look for this first then the training mangers . You don’t need to replay me copy best keep it for your self , as I saw most your replay to guests is copy best …. I give 1 start for what I saw and what happened there in my stay . First of all many stuff there needs to rehabilitation how to talk and deal with guests . Some lifeguard in pool very rude talking with kids the way I saw and happened like it’s army camp not hotel , so you need to bring them all and inform them guest coming to enjoy ( kids always kids ) In the night we on lounge area there is bar inside working 24 hours I was standing there to place order my son was playing around so no door for the bar my 8 years boy tried to enter as small boy playing , but the rude stuff didn’t try to talk to him to inform him no please don’t enter he choose to use his HANDS to push the boy away . The same night at 12:30-01:00AM morning we requested small things from room service we got it at 03:30am and they bring it 3 4 times . I ask them stuff why you late to bring just tooth brash he said I was searching we didn’t find !!! Like what ??? And many many things need to look after . But leave all this the only things I didn’t understand on check out I make the check out and clear all same day at night got message from bank they cut 38 dhs and when I asked about what they said this is the fruit plate which we send you as Complimentary for what we did with you . :) I will not forget sure to thank front disk girl I think her name Helina and in the restaurant Mr. Ramy for the kinds they did . Mr.Ahmed the front disk manger for his kinds also ( but Mr Ahmed before I leave I asked you if need anything from me you said all clear , then in the nigh deduct the complimentary from my card ?? Any way Mr.Peter you need to look to this things personally. For me there is no way to back to hotel or recommend any one from my side to book . For anyone want to visit need to be sure 100% You are going to enjoy always remember ..

We booked a one bedroom suite it’s very nice and spacious, hotel needs to improve on two things 1- They need extra stuff yo handle the load of guests 2- Complementaries has to increase, water, soft drinks, coffee and at the pool area Overall it’s was a nice experience

Excellent resort with lots of activities for families and kids. Food is awesome, staff is very friendly and helpful and try to keep your stay memorable.

Really great resort, Super love the idea of having an Adults Only Pool , every resort should have this! Thank u so much , and from checking in with that delicious complimentary cookies , such a delight. Love this place, love their sat/sun seafood brunch . Definitely coming back
