Really really small. I changed hotel and didn't stay a single night. The bathroom has windows and you need to pull a blind to cover it but there are still gaps you can see through.

Nicely located in between walking distance of Canal City Hakata and Hakata Station. The hotel was easy to find, and the room was more spacious than I imagined. Had perfect sleep for all of the nights spent there. Only wished that the pillows are slightly bigger. Was also abit stunned to see the toilet area like this, hope that the hotel will fix it soon.

Hotel location is good, close to shopping mall with only few minutes walk to subway station. The room is not spotless, but acceptable.

Good location. Good price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Looks new. BUT... (1) I find the room too dark. There is a hallway light with sensor that I wished had a switch that could turn it on/off. It could’ve added brightness to the room. (2) The air-conditioner is centralized, you cannot control it. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.

The location is quite good, just 10 minutes to the station. The facilities are complete. The room is quiet and clean. Nice service!

Room is small and we couldnt open both luggages in the room. Location is decent, next to Canal City. Enjoy the market walk nearby Kushisa Jinja Shrine. Do note Ichiran main store and the other one in near Tenjin are closed for renovation or something. We actually didnt have Ichiran on this trip to Fukuoka.

The hotel is a good choice for a short-term stay in Fukuoka. It is very close to the Hakata Station, and is not that far from the International Airport. We found a good cozy-twin room for me and my friend and it was at a cheap price. All necessary amenities are in the room, so you don’t need to take much with you on your trip. The only concern we had was related to daily cleaning services because upon our arrival some of the dirt on the table was not removed.

We had a nice stay at EN hotel Hakata, the room is exactly is what you see in the post. Clean comfortable and the location is good anear Canal city and a convenience store beside the hotel.the Toilet is a little compact than standard business hotel in Japan.Big people will find hard to move. Will stay again

Nice and simple hotel, near Hakata train station (less than 10 walk straight). Convenient location with lots of eating options that open late and multiple convenience stores on the same block. Staff was nice and spoke fairly good english.

Small but tidy room. Good customer front desk services. Thank you for helping receiving package. Got big 7-11 near by.

I had bad check in experience as the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful with booking from agency.

This is a second time here, impressed with location, price, cleanliness and adequate amenities. Also there’s a good-taste souffle’ down the 1st floor.

Novelty shower was cramped, a little old, and had poor water output (not strong enough). The layout of the toilet leaves much to be desired Good tv with youtube, netflix Poor central airconditioning. During cold days the default heating is too warm and cannot be changed to cold or milder air. I had to open the window to get comfort
