All of the staff are warm, accommodating & friendly. We were grateful that Maria made sure that we were allocated a room in the building of our choice. The room was very well equipped with a good size & modern fridge & freezer. Plus oven, microwave & all the plates & cutlery you could possibly need. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The resort is clean & both pool areas are kept clean & tidy. Breakfast is excellent value for money. Be aware that you need to bring a towel from home to use at the pool. Very easy to walk into town from this location. Lots of parking

A very pleasant hotel, very well located. everything is close. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and only 10 minutes from the seaside. I must mention that the hotel service is at the highest level and is very kind and helpful. The food is also very high quality. I can recommend it with complete confidence!

Breakfast super buffet everything delicious, and corresponds to the price-performance ratio, for dinner a restaurant VIVA CYPRUS is very RECOMMENDED nearby. Great location. In Paphos the buses are bad, please rent a car immediately, it's cheap 10-20 €/day... the taxis are expensive and they screw every pig... So please rent a car. Staff: I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are the best... Always helpful and very human... My wife did not feel well during the holiday and went to the hospital. They allowed me to take breakfast to go for my wife and a delivery box prepared for this... That was really great. Cons : the hotel is a bit old and the facilities need to be updated but that's easily ignored when you have such a great friendly staff. Sauna against 7€ extra which is also disadvantageous in my opinion. So in a big goose the hotel is very good and I book there again and again 😁. Greetings from Chaban family

Staff. Id like to start by saying the staff here are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly, polite and helpful. They really are a credit to the place and made our stay a pleasure. Food. We originally booked bed and breakfast but decided to upgrade to all inclusive when we got here,im so glad we did! Absolutely beautiful, every meal time there was something different to try and was cooked to perfection, I've never had food like it at an all inclusive. Meals and deserts were super tasty 10/10 without a doubt. The afternoon dinner menu had plenty to choose from and again everything cooked beautifully and fresh. Rooms. The rooms have literally everything you need for your stay, apart from the furniture being a bit dated the rooms were more than adequate, home from home. Pools. Its a shame the outdoor pools aren't heated, they were far too cold to use so instead we used the indoor pool which is lovely, kept at a nice temperature, clean and a good size. Location. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach (the sea was still warm enough to swim in) and 15 minutes walk to paphos harbour where you can find shops restaurants bars, day trips, theres a castle at the end of the promenade, its a perfect place to watch the sunset. Downfalls. The only thing i can complain about is the rooms have bugs, mostly ants and they're everywhere, if the owners invest in professional exterminators it would greatly improve their reviews. If it wasn't for this they would have had 5 out of 5 from me. Would i stay here again? Definitely

Regretfully, I really would not recommend this hotel. It was in fact, as we honestly told them, the worst place we've ever stayed, anywhere - and we are keen bargain hunters who are really not fussy. Background: The place is a hotel plus far more largely, a complex of apar**ent type buildings. We ended up in 3 of the apar**ent style rooms after being moved twice. The apar**ent buildings are rather run down and not very clean (see pics). The worst bits: Ants. I had read of these on some reviews. We had an infestation in our bathroom (see pics) all over the sink and the floor. Despite this obviously being a common problem based on the reviews, our reporting it seemed a surprise. After waiting for an hour in the evening after reporting it to reception who had promised to send up housekeeping, we phoned reception who said housekeeping had left and they would send up a maintenance man. We then saw they also infested the bed! A maintenance man turned up with a can of fly spray! He spoke no English at all and seemed oblivious as to what was needed. He offered to sprayed the bathroom and seemed to spray bed before we slept in it! We moved to the 2nd bedroom and reported this to reception again. The next morining they sent up a housekeeper. Again, no English spoken. They changed the bedding. They left the dead ants, which remained throughout the stay.. We remained in the 2nd bedroom... Air conditioners - started making loud cracking noises keeping us awake. Then we heard noise of splashing water from a different aircon - water pouring out! Again, reported to reception who said they dealt with it. They said maybe we had been over using it (!) Cockroach - after a (supposed) full clean by the housekeeper - see pics, no full clean happens here! - we saw a VERY large cockroach walking across the floor ( see pics). We trapped it under a glass and back to reception. Leaking ceiling - it was at this point we noticed the ceiling paint in the bathroom had bubbled upover some time and yellow water was leaking and dripping from above. This was quite serious from a health point of view amd had obviously been there sometime. This and the cockroach were really the last straw. We'd had enough at this point and complained loudly in reception. We were moved temporarily to a VERY small room with promise of seeing the manager in the morning (was late night again). We were then offered an upgrade to all inclusive (we were B&B) but this made no difference to us, we only had a day left and our plans took us away from thehotel which was the last place we wanted to stay. Frankly our holiday had been ruined at that point, which we expressed. The response to all the above - too little, too late. Holiday ruined. We got the impression nothing we reported would really be acted on and was already reported. The bad bits we could cope with: There is an animal sanctuary close by and each night (depending which block you're in) a horrendous howling and barking can start up at any**e

Response from Property: Dear quest, Thank you very much for choosing to stay at the Paphos Gardens Holiday resort. Thank you very much for your good comments about our breakfast and we also appreciate your good comments about Andreas our quest relation. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations, despite this we offered you two apartments as an alternative solution and you ended up in an apartment where during your stay you did not report any complaints about the specific apartment you stayed in Your rest comments are also appreciated and will help us improve in the future. We arrived very late at night, check in was quick and we were grateful to be given orange juice, water and sandwiches. Our room was on the top floor over looking the pool with a lovely sea view. A bottle of wine and a basket of fruit were lovely touches, thanks. The room was clean and well maintained , we paid a small fee to use the safe, there were tea, coffee facilities and a fridge. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding every others day, the maids were lovely and always said hello when passing. We used the main pool but also visited the smaller pool one day, both were warm and sunbeds were plentiful. There is also a well equipped gym and I enjoyed early morning runs along the harbour and a visit to the gym most days, The all inclusive drinks are plentiful and the food is really nice, couldn’t fault it. Snacks are also provided in the main restaurant. The hotel is well situated, a few minutes to supermarkets and the beaches, a leisurely 20 minute walk to the lovely harbour. This is a lovely hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. Ignore the bad reviews and have a wonderful time. We certainly did.

Lovely hotel, ideal location, plenty of choice with food. Rooms were lovely, the only thing wrong is the amount of cats, they are everywhere! And I mean everywhere. If you are on the ground floor they will be in and out all day . One night one was obviously hiding in there, I didn’t see it till it jumped on me in the middle of the night! I nearly had a heart attack ! 😂 so if you book get a first floor apar**ent!

We stayed for a week all inclusive and were very happy with the hotel, we had a twin room in the hotel which, yes, is slightly dated but nevertheless very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping probably wasn't the best and a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. The pool areas are good and very peaceful when we visited in May but possibly different in high season, the cats may put some people off, we didn't mind them. Food is delicious and we ate far too much, may not be good for picky eaters but meat dishes are tasty, plenty of pasta, rice and veg always available plus an array of salads and the cakes are to die for, best I've ever had. The stroll to the beach is around 6 minutes and another 20 to the harbour. Loungers and toilets are available at the municipal beach reasonably priced. Overall we had an enjoyable stay but had a couple of small issues, one was with the safe which didn't always work, this was looked at by reception and finally resolved by the handyman, apparently the key needs to have the fob attachment hanging down or it won't work, perhaps this could be communicated to staff and guests to save a lot of trouble. Also several of the umbrellas by the pool are missing the pin that goes in the hole so didn't work, some guests were very inventive with bits of wire but a nail works very well or perhaps management could invest in some pins ... or nails. An enjoyable 3* holiday

Stayed in Geranium 2 bedded apar**ent, our friends in same block in Appt 208 overlooking small pool, we in 2 bedded apar**ent 205 but we had view over small car park but really quiet. Loads and loads of space, full cooker, hob, microwave and large fridge and freezer. Bit dated but clean and clean towels and bedding most days. We were breakfast only, food good with lots of choice. Loved Maria who made us a delicious omelette most days. We spent lots of time around the small pool, hubby miffed when bought 2 plastic glasses of lager for €9.20, our friend bought next round for €6.00!! Queried it but told prices had just changed 😳🤔. Overall a great holiday, if you stay here you must visit Michael's just down the road for food and also just around the corner Atrion restaurant (secret garden) which has the most fantastic food and beautiful surroundings.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, the pictures are old and false. We stayed in an apar**ent and it was filthy, the bath had the persons before us old razor head in it (supposedly been cleaned) there was no hot water unless the light and extractor fan was on for 40mins prior which meant you couldn’t just jump in the shower after a day out you had to plan a shower an hour before. The pool has tiles coming off the bottom of it. We were meant to get our towels and bed changed once every 2 days they didn’t do that, we probably had the persons before us towels and bedding to be honest. It was terrible. We complained to reception who gave us new towels but that was it.

We had a lovely week here. The staff are very friendly and the the food was very good. We had a 1st floor apar**ent across the road from the reception. The room was clean and tidy but in need of a lot of Tlc. It’s a 10 min stroll to the beach and 25 min stroll into Paphos main *****. Im assuming because we were early in the season the daily activities were not up to speed but it did not affect our holiday. The evening entertainment was ok. It is a 3 star so don’t expect more. My only observation is that Leptos Hotels need to spend some money here to make sure this gem of a hotel doesn’t disappear.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apar**ent which was spotlessly clean. The veranda was large with a shaded area. Air-conditioning in all rooms.Welcome gift of wine fruit and biscuits which was very thoughtful. Food was lovely and plentiful. 5-10 minutes walk to the harbor depending on route taken. We will definitely visit again and recommend to others.
