Taking into account that we could not stay in the establishment we had booked due to problems with the hotel's air conditioning, I seem to remember, they relocated us to a much better one with exceptional services both in terms of the hotel and the staff.

Stayed 1 week, half board, 3 adults in one room. Staff welcoming at reception. Room was clean, 2 single beds and a sofa bed for the 3rd adult. This is not satisfactory if you have a full paying adult; they require/should receive a proper bed. Sofa bed was sponge, and uncomfortable; other beds were very hard. Bedding was not changed during the week (except for a pillow case). Towels changed daily as required. Shower was good, bathroom was reasonably modern. Toilet seat needed tightened Bedroom was basic. Free safe and free WiFi. Restaurant - we found breakfasts and dinners were very good! Freshly cooked, good quality and varied. Desserts were a bit disappointing, except the night with the chocolate fountain. Pool area was excellent, loads of sun loungers and the pool was lovely and pleasantly warm pool towels also available. Sun loungers near the kids area require a net between the two areas! I had a near miss with a football on 3 occasions!! DANGEROUS. Staff work very hard and always have a smile ☺, thank you! Courtesy room available. Entertainment in the evening. Excellent location. Good value for money. Would I recommend - YES

Firstly the hotel is in a great location 3 min walk to beach and local shops. Staff friendly throughout the hotel. Room good size, modern and clean. Maid service good. 30 metre swimming pool which is heated. We went Half Board for a change not wanting to be restricted staying at the hotel. Negatives were:- 1. Charging for water €1.50 for 1ltr at reception, local shop €2.75 for 5 ltrs. 2. €1 charge everytime you want your towels changed. 3. Food was not hot, warm or cold, ok choice of food but not a great quality. 4. Paid for room with pool view, we were allocated a side mountain view. Jet2 are compensating us. More positives. WiFi really strong throughout hotel and grounds, walk through the restaurant to sit in the sunny garden area for food. Reception were helpful and 24hr. Can't praise reps of Jet2 enough, they sorted all issues. Warning. I only ate salads all week and had diarrhoea for 24hrs couldn't leave the room. I only ate at the hotel and used my own bathroom the whole holiday so it wasn't a germ/bug but food related. Stay away from the lettuce which is washed with tap water. Would we stay again, maybe.

First impressions weren't great a busted sofa in reception. i booked this supposedly 4 star Hotel for the wife's 50th birthday. What a damp squib. Booked through easyJet and paid almost £200 extra for a pool view. We where on the ground floor but to see the pool through a hole in the hedge we had to go outside and turn 90 degrees .rooms were good and kept well by cleaning staff. But no beds linen changed till day 6 of a 7 day holiday.the pool area wasn't keep very well sunloungers hadn't been washed for months and on the AstroTurf area they are vile.now the worst part of all the food.most mornings the scrambled egg was under cooked just liquid. Most meals are of poor quality. If you wish to have cooked meat stand and wait.they only cook a few pieces at a Time. Probably to keep expenses to a minimum. Definitely not a 4 star and struggle to make a 3.would we return. DEFINITELY NOT.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, spotless, modern, lovely food, and staff are so friendly and helpful. They rarely go back to the sane place twice, but I would definitely stay here again 👍👍 I'd recommend all-inclusive, well worth it! the rooms were nice and big and had aircon, a modern TV. Would have preferred a double bed as the singles were small & kept separating. The hotel grounds were very well maintained, the bar, pool, garden areas all beautiful. A short one walk to everything, beach, nightlife, shopping. The hotel entertainment was hit and miss, but maybe because it's low season. 10/10 overall

Reception: The lady checking us in was friendly and excellent at her job. There was no messing about and provides us with most information required. Tara at reception was also extremely helpful during our stay. Room / facilities: Room number 4307 is in tower 4 the 3 floor. A lift is available to move between floors. The room is clean and very large, tiled floors with 2 very firm single beds pushed together. There is a large flat screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, desk, safe, clothes hanging area, additional blanket and pillow, shelving and a very tired sofa bed that should have been retired years ago. The bathroom is a shower (no tub) and hairdryer. To make guests more comfortable there is a full self control air conditioning with 2x windows and a balcony door that open. The balcony has 2 chairs and comfortably fits 2 persons. We requested a late checkout until 4.00 pm, (normal checkout is 12.00 noon) and costs €10 per hour. This needs to be arranged with reception prior to departure and is payable upon arranging. There is a large pool with sun beds, bar and beach umbrellas available for guests to use. Laundry: No Self service coin laundry on site. Parking: Don’t get caught by the “free parking” on the 3 rd party websites, as parking is payable. There are a small number (perhaps 20) of car spaces available (behind the green gate), but cannot be booked at the time of booking a hotel room. The car park is very tight and needs precession driving to maneuver a car turn around or reverse park. We arrived at around 10.30pm with a car and all street parking was taken. The checkin lady was good enough to arrange a car space for us. A entry pass card is required to access the hotel parking. Car spaces cost €8 for a 1 to 2 night stay or €6 for 3 or more nights and can only be requested the day before/or on the day required, which will the can last the duration of your stay. There is street parking free of charge (blue and white lined car parking is free in the hotel town/council area), but these available street spaces are extremely difficult to find, even at the low season. We walked at night to the main square on the water and as we did we observed various streets and there was absolutely no parking available. Wifi: Complementary and excellent speed, password is required. Breakfast/ Food As the hotel is “all inclusive”, various meals options are available. Depending on your package, these may or may not include drinks. We opted for breakfast and dinner package, and found out later this DID NOT includes drinks, this is known as half board. Don’t get caught out, (as we did at our first dinner) and get soft drinks (or any other drinks), as we didn’t realise that soft drinks (from a soda machine) were not covered in our meal plans. We took a sip of our (two) drinks then very promptly got the bill, totalling €4.80, delivered to our table in a less than polite manner. Drink plans are available seperate to meals only, for additional cost

Stayed for a week in a large room with a pool view. Hotel is very clean and all staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed Half Board plus which we thought was perfect. The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious. If we went at a later time the food wasn’t as hot as the restaurant was a bit quieter. Overall it is great value for money.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your positive feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our large room with a pool view. It's wonderful to know that you found our hotel very clean and our staff friendly and helpful. We are glad that you appreciated the variety and deliciousness of the food in our restaurant. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great value experience. Warm regards, Labranda Playa Bonita

Not worth it at all. Highly overpriced hotell/Experiences. Run down with molded/water damaged bathroom & worst placement completely open against the highway with poorly isolated balcony doors/windows. Terrible vacation spot. Convinced to pay extra 7eur/day/person for drinks all day and only included beer/house red/white wine and soda for dinner. 15 year old daughter begged to go elsewhere and eat as the food was completely tasteless. Missed out on yoga twice as the girl was late( once 20 minutes!) so in the end we gave up and never came back. Probably the worst experience ever..so much better options going to Thailand or somewhere else for exactly the same money..

The food was buffet style and included breakfast and supper. Drinks were for purchase or for 3.5 euros you can have any drink with your meals including domestic wine and beer at supper. I am gluten free and items were clearly labelled and I was able to eat well there. There were lots of shops and a market once a week. Tour busses were close by. The beach was a bit of a walk for us as seniors and many feet below the boardwalk we used every day. The pool was large and clean and there were lots of chairs. Our room was great, air conditioned and cleaned every day. Lovely big shower. In the evening there was always something, a singer, spanish dancers, bingo, Karaoke so we enjoyed that as well.
Response from Property: Dear Wendy, Thank you for sharing your experience at Labranda Playa Bonita. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our great pool, sunshine, and the variety of entertainment options during your stay. We are glad that you found our buffet-style meals accommodating for your gluten-free diet, with clearly labeled items. It's wonderful to know that you appreciated the cleanliness of our rooms, the daily housekeeping service, and the evening entertainment activities. We are also pleased that you made use of the pool facilities and found them enjoyable. Please note that drinks are available for purchase directly from the restaurant, or guests can opt for a special package with drinks at dinner for 3 euros per person per night. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back soon. Best regards, Labranda Playa Bonita

This hotel consists of 4 blocks we were allocated block 3. We had a partial sea view. You are given a wrist band and we noticed different colours. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Balconies were small but adequate for drying your wet clothes and towels as they had a drying rail. Some rooms are privately owned as they have a different door. We stayed hb and there was always ample choice of food. There was themed nights too. Beds were comfy and rooms cleaned every day. Pool was warm and plenty of sun beds available. Pool bar allowed you free water if you were not AI. Also at dinner you could help yourself to free water or bring your own in, which we have never experienced before. Ask for pool towels at reception as they are free but they don’t advertise this. We had a late flight and booked the shower room on day of departure. You are allocated 30 mins. Never used the chill out bar as we liked to venture out. A 10 minute walk to promenade but access to beach is down a lot of steps. Maspalomas is about a nice 20 minute walk . There are an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants which is very busy on a night time. We preferred to stay at the bars near the hotel. Supermarkets close by. A nice hotel in a good location.

Ignore the bad reviews! We travelled as a family of 7 for my twins 18ths Mixed bag of ages ranging from 18-70 Had a lovely time Food - great choice each day for breakfast lunch and dinner, drinks flowing throughout. Rooms - good , few little scraps and knocks but nothing you'd leave a negative review about. General wear and tear. Beds comfy Clean hotel Aqua classes and daytime activities every day Entertainment is mediocre but great if you like a relaxing time, lots more to be found out and about round the corner. We had a lovely time please ignore the reviews. For a budget 4 * this place is great .
