Interesting place to spend half a day
I liked that we were given an English brochure about many of the houses. Also the boards are mostly in Norwegian and English. The houses are situated on a slope, i.e. uphill walking :-) Not sure how/...

Wonderful museum, fantastic grounds and views. Very helpful staff. We had a great time exploring the buildings and ships. Recommend if you are in the area.

We loved the Sunnmore Museum. The old authentic buildings were well described so that we got a good sense of life in the region.
