Longqing Nunnery, Anji

Long Qingxuan, founded in the fifth generation of Liang (912). Wu Yue Wang Qianxuan personally built it, is a famous Buddhist place in the history of Zhuxiang. Because of the spiritual land, Buddha light came, the people were responsive, the scale was magnificent, in its heyday there were more than 100 temples, halls, buildings, houses, connected by corridors, the building is unique. There are historical books recorded, in Guangxu 24 years, 34 years in this building Longqing Temple. More than ten well-known Buddhist masters such as Khuizhao and Xianming have visited this hospital. It was demolished during the Cultural Revolution. In 1997, the Temple of the Tenno, the Temple of the Great Xiong, and the Yuantong Temple were rebuilt. The temple of the Tenno Temple was dedicated to Maitreya Buddha, Wei Xuan and the four kings.
