As Canadians, we didn't know a whole lot about the Civil War, and we thought this museum did a great job of explaining the motivation behind both sides, as well as shining a light on the way Kentucky ...
We only went to the museum part indoors because there was wasps or hornets causing problems in the other buildings so we decided not to do that part. We did see their Civil War artifacts and holy smok...
So this is four museums in one area. You have two down the hill and two up the hill. One of the ones down the hill is were you buy your ticket and make sure you give them to the whoever will hold onto...

Has alot of very historic items on display and very in depth and comprehensive history of the Civil War, highly recomend.
