A recreational area at a walking distance from JR Biei station across the main road. There is a cafeteria with English menu. Plenty of space for some rest time on your journey and restroom facilities ...
Cultural Center
I went to May 2019. It is a facility like a cultural exchange center near Biei Station. It is a new building that disseminates information about the city of Biei and is like an exchange center. What if you go for sightseeing purposes? ?? ?? You may think. I think tourists will be looking for cafes and restaurants.
Near Biei station
I visited for lunch during my trip to Biei Furano. I ordered grilled curry, pizza, and sautéed asparagus. It seems that they all use Biei Town's. Asparagus is only until early summer. Unlike supermarket asparagus, it is thick and crispy. Bread and sweets are also substantial.
