Don’t buy your tickets here!In september we bougth a combi-ticket (bus and entrance vesuvio). We had tickets for the early morning.Altough there was too much wind and the Vesuvius was closed in the morning, ( we didn’t knew that) they drove us upon the mountain. There they told the passengers that the Vesuvius was just closed. We waited for 30 minutes and then drove back. In the meantime there arrived a second bus of Vesuvioexpres after 25 minutes. So they brought all the people upon the mountain so we couldn’t ask a refund for the bus.After a lot of mails they gave a refund fot the entrance of the Vesuvio but that was not enough. Although they promised to refund the last part of our money, they never payed us back. So they cheat and don’t give the right refund.
