The statue at the gate of the castle is the 15th-century Italian Reformer Savona Lola, who was born in Ferrara and later became famous for a series of confrontational stories with the Florence Medici family.

Ester Castle is a very large-scale building, the whole castle facilities are also very good, when you come here to visit, you can see some very good things, the structure of the castle is quite atmospheric.

The castle of Este, located in the heart of Ferrara, was built by Nikolai Este in the late 14th century to protect Nikolai II and his family from the riots of the people. It became the family's residence after the 15th century. The castle is made of red brick, tall and magnificent, surrounded by a moat. There are a variety of rooms inside the castle, including kitchens, gardens and even prisons. The rooms upstairs are mostly spacious and bright, some are also decorated with exquisite murals, and there are often art exhibitions.

The opening time written above is wrong. Summer is divided into the last ticket purchase time at 4.45 pm, and 5:30 is the last entry time. We missed it perfectly. The castle is still very beautiful, and it is a bit regrettable to not be able to enter.
