By far the worst experience
The customer service was awful. The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. We’ve been to this zoo many times before and never had an experience like this. We definitely won’t be coming back

Great variety of animals and well kept, animals were out and active . There were severely empty enclosures and some seemed small for animals that seemingly would benefit from more room to roam.
