It is a temple along National Highway 503 that was founded in 1615, so it has a history of more than 400 years. I think the most famous thing is one of the best cherry blossom spots in the prefecture. The scenery of the large weeping cherry blossoms and the triple tower is very beautifully lit up during the period when a large number of people visit. The weeping cherry blossoms here are said to be about 300 years old because the ninth chief priest planted what he brought with him the seedlings of cherry blossoms in Gion when he visited Honganji Temple in Kyoto.
