Confucious Academy

On May 7, I brought my grandson to Kong Xuetang. The scenery is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the grandson is curious. I had to tell him about history. I have harvested it through the visit. Kong Xuetang is worth coming, especially young people.

The place was well built and beautifully designed. Apart from taking pictures and videos, there’s actually a lot to learn from there, so don’t just go for the fun but brace yourself for an exciting and interesting lesson in history.

From the Shilihetan Scenic Area all the way north, I came to Kong Xuetang. Kong Xuetang is located in the southern suburbs of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, adjacent to Dacheng Mountain in the east, Huaxi River in the west, overlooking the Shilihe Beach of the national wetland park, covering a total area of more than 1320 mu, with a construction area of nearly 150,000 square meters, divided into the built "public education area" and "Chinese Culture International Research Park". And the third phase of the "Cultural and Creative Industrial Park" that is still under construction. The Kongxuetang is built in the main buildings such as Dacheng Hall, Minglun Hall, Yangming Hall, Xingtan. The design is based on the Han and Tang styles. The Ming and Qing styles of the Confucian Temples are mainly used in various places. This planning and construction have not only inherited the essence of the Confucian Temple, but also combined with actual bold innovation. Therefore, But in terms of style, like a Confucian Temple but not a Confucian Temple; in terms of function, the Confucian School proposed to focus on "study and research", aiming to learn, disseminate, communicate and share traditional culture.

Free visit with ID card. It is an educational base to promote Kong Studies, promote Chinese Studies and commit to traditional cultural heritage-Kong Learning Hall in Guiyang City. Kong Learning Hall is located in Dongjiayu, Huaxi, Dajiang Mountain in the east, Huaxi River to the west, overlooking the middle section of Shili River Beach.
