The ideal place for wintersport fans
We visited the ski museum on a stunning winter's day. The friendly guide was passionate about all things ski-related. For someone who knows nothing about snow sports, this was interesting but I think...
Nice to see what the black forest with its old houses looked like
We have been here twice both times for over 4 hours plus,and still round new things to see. A good day out for all
Wonderful Museum
Lots of old Black Forest buildings transferred from surrounding area, rebuilt and furnished. A step back into time
An interesting collection of old farmhouses
Traditional houses, some with working exhibitions. Great restaurant in which to eat traditional German food - drink their beer.
Good overview of Black Forest history
Wonderful old music machines, period costumes, mineral and rock collection, cuckoo clocks, glassware, paintings, rooms with snapshots of 19th century life. And a cafe to relax in.
