The Lihe Canal Cultural Scenic Area is one of the places where I left a good impression on Huai'an tourism. It is full of fireworks. It is about 7 o'clock in the evening. It is a lively market. The south boat and north horse stone monument is on the top of the Qingjiang gate, and the imperial monument pavilion is also standing with this, against each other. Qingjiang Pavilion stands on the top of the middle sandbar, the lights exude charm, and the opposite tower and the pavilion are shining, which is a good place for night tours.

Li Canal, the middle section of Jiangsu Province of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, China, connects the Central Canal in the north, and the Yangtze River in the south to the Jiangnan Canal. On the west side of the Lixia River area, the ancient name is Li River, because it is north to Huaiyin and south to Yangzhou, so it is also called "Huaiyang Canal". From Huaiyin Water Conservancy Hub in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, the northern end of the Yangtze River is 168 kilometers long through Huaiyin District, Huai'an District, Baoying County, Gaoyou City, Yangzhou Jiangdu District, Guangling District and other places.
