Kizeng Sanchuan Park is a state-owned park that spans Jixian, Mie Prefecture and Aichi Prefecture, and is also the largest park in Japan's hinterland. This state-owned park is composed of 13 parks, including the center of Muzeng Sanchuan Park in Jixian County. Every spring, about 300,000 tulips bloom in a sea of flowers, creating a romantic scenery. Since it is a state-owned park, admission is free! Flower fans should not miss it!

It originated from the southwest of Nagano Prefecture on the island of Honshu, and flows through Jixian, Aichi and Mie Prefecture and finally injects the Pacific Ocean into Ise Bay. It is the dry current of the Kisengkawa water system, and Naragawa and Nagai Kawa are also known as Kiseng Sanchuan. At its source, it is also known as Mitsugawa (みそがわ).
