Really neat outdoor activity.
Really neat place to get out and explore. Ample parking and the place is well laid out for an easy walk while looking for small fossils. And, it’s FREE!
Nice Roadside Stop
The Fossil Gorge is a great roadside stop for anybody passing through the area. It’s amazing to be able to get up close and be able to search for the fossils yourself. Make sure to bring water/hats on...

This is not a place for older people. The information on the walkway was very good. My wife enjoyed going through the gorge.
