There was a stone monument on the site of the barrier.
Original Text
When I visited the Yamanoshita temples, there was the site of Daishoji Sekisho near the Daishoji Sekicho intersection. A part of the site of the barrier station was left and a stone monument stood.
This barrier was already installed around 1610 and was an important barrier for the Kaga domain along with the Etchu border barrier. The site of the former barrier station site has become a road due to the new and expansion of roads. This area was built with a stone monument in the area where the central banya was located. The gate of the barrier station is the gate of Hojuji Temple when the barrier station was abolished in the Meiji era.
When I walked along the Yamanoshita temples from the Kutani Yaki Museum, there was the site of Daishoji Sekisho at the Sekicho intersection. Only a part of the site of the Sekisho Bansho remains.
It will be a stone monument standing along National Highway 364. You can see that after the barrier, but you can't find any other remains that are typical of the barrier. It can be seen that it has been a key point of transportation since ancient times.
