3 I visited on the first day of GW for the first time in a year. The tulips were over, but the nemophila, which is especially beautiful in the garden where "spring flowers" are in full bloom, caught my eye. The observation tower, which is a symbol of the Kiso Mikawa Park Center, which can be enjoyed by families with a large lawn plaza and large playset, has a magnificent flow of the Kiso Mikawa (Kiso River, Nagara River, Ibi River). The Tulip Festival ended on April 10th, but I was fully satisfied with the remaining tulips. The 16th I visited was Saturday and it was very crowded.
