It is a Tsugaru Kokeshikan in Aomori Prefecture. I went by bus from Kuroishi station. The number of buses is small, so it's a good idea to check in advance. I visited the Aomori Free Pass because it was a ５０ yen discount, but it was a masterpiece. Kokeshi in Tohoku is on display.
