Anrakujuin and Kitamuki Fudoson are enshrined near the Kintetsu Train and Takeda Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway in Rakunan. Anrakujuin was founded by Emperor Toba and is now the Shingon sect Chiyama school. If you walk from there to Ayukoji, you will find Kitamuko Fudoson.
