Puji Temple of Lijiang

Tickets are 35 yuan, just on the Lion Rock of Dayan Ancient City in Lijiang. It is best to go as soon as you open the door in the morning. You can climb the Wangu Building to overlook the ancient city of Lijiang. Mufu is right now. Surrounding the ancient city, it is worth a visit, but the fare is not very cost-effective, haha.

Puji Temple is located in the foothills of Puji Mountain, 6 kilometers west of Lijiang Ancient City. It is the closest lama temple to the ancient city. It was built in Qing Qianlong in 36 years (1771 AD) and has been rebuilt many times. Puji Temple is one of the five major temples in Lijiang, consisting of mountain gate, law protection hall, hall, north and south wing rooms. The temple is a building on the top of the mountain, and the roof is covered with copper tiles, so it is known as the bronze tile hall. There are two Yunnan cherry blossoms in front of the hall. It has a history of more than 200 years. It is the cherry blossom opening season.

The backdrop of Lijiang is solemn and beautiful

It is one of the five major Lama temples in the outskirts of Lijiang. It is famous for its paved bronze tile. Puji Temple is situated in the west to the east. It used to have 12 courtyards. There are existing palaces, south gardens and a monastery. The main hall courtyard consists of a quadrangle composed of a mountain gate, a law protection hall (gate tower), a main hall and a north-south compartment.

Puji Temple is the first hall in Putuo Mountain, Zhoushan. The ticket is based on the first Hall of Puji Temple. This hall is usually closed unless the emperor/head of state, Bodhisattva and Abbot enter the mountain gate for the first time.
