Go with very good binoculars only and forget the surroundings!
You can't see much unless you have really good binoculars. On one side of La Charca the dunes look gorgeous but the "town" side is not appealing, the place is fenced so you can't go close enough which...
Still very good and bird life seems unworried by the people on the path going by. Observation point with information boards, unhappily spoilt by graffiti merchants. A good place to visit.
