Original Text
A spring water in a residential area in Daijiji-cho, Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture. It was selected as one of the "100 Best Waters in Heisei". It has been popular as a daily water supply since the Edo period, and is still maintained as a joint well. It looked like a stall bath or footbath, but it was a really big well, the first well was drinking water, the second well was rice polishing water, the third well was washed, and the fourth well was foot washing and well use were defined. Morioka has several such wells and is nice. ...
It is a spring water place near Daijiji Temple. It has been used as a living water in the area since the Edo period, and it seems that it has been selected as one of the 100 best waters in Heisei. The hut was built, and the locals were also drawing spring water. It was delicious with soft and gentle water. I don't want to be known to certain foreigners. I have to leave it forever.
It was divided into upper beverages and lower vegetable washing so that it could be used for daily life, and I felt the ingenuity of my predecessors.

Near Daiji Temple, people were lined up by the side of the road, so I stopped by. There was an explanation board, and it was said that it was cold in summer and warm spring water in winter, and it was used as a local living water since the Edo period, and it was selected as one of the 100 best waters in Heisei. The locals were drawing spring water in the hut by the road, but it seems that the top is drinking water, and I was drawing it from there into a PET bottle. I didn't have a PET bottle, so I touched the second stage water, but with room temperature water ...
It is a step, and the top stage is used for drinking, the next is rice, the third stage is vegetables, and the bottom stage is used to remove mud from the foot. There is a water source in the adjacent Gidaji Temple and Daijiji Temple, and it is said that it is still pulled here through a wooden pipe built in the Meiji era. Many tourists put water in empty PET bottles.
