Yanping Lake

Yanping Lake, known as "the mountains and rivers and Qingming Weili, the most beautiful in the southeast", has a unique natural landscape and is a new tourist attraction in Nanping City, the "green vault" in northern Fujian. Yanping Lake is an artificial lake formed after the completion of water storage at Shuikou Hydropower Station in 1993, and is named after Nanping Anciently called "Yanping Mansion".
