Not safe, be aware of your surroundings.
The structure is indeed very impressive. However, that area in Naples it is not safe to wander, as well as very dirty. We didn't feel spending much time there. Sad!
It was fine, the building was under reconstruction from inside and from back side. In overall, just the sight was nice but everything near was pretty messy

Nice sight
It was fine, the building was under reconstruction from inside and from back side. In overall, just the sight was nice but everything near was pretty messy
Impressive
Due to lots of earthworks around Porta Capuana it was difficult to appreciate the gate fully. But it still is VERY impressive to see.
