A Little Ordinary
I understand that this monument to the war is very important to the local people. But as a piece of art, I found it very ordinary, and the stone square in front is unforgiving in the bright sun.

I highly recommend making a side trip to this monument. It is very well designed and evocative and it is also near by a large section of the Venetian walls

Decent monument. Rather isolated - there isn’t much to see around the square besides the Liberty Monument - a few cafes and restaurants
