I've been interested in it for a long time, so I took the plunge. I was able to stop at the parking lot just below the tower at the right time. The parking lot was full despite the lack of users on the observatory floor. It seems that there is a conference room, a folk museum, and a restaurant in the tower. Take the elevator to the observatory. It was free despite the outstanding 360-degree view overlooking the Noo Plain.

The view of the Noo plain from the East is good
