The lovely Baroque architecture of Parnu was built under the Russian Tsar. The building struggled with maintenance but the interior was beautiful, with a wooden promenade and round stained glass windows near the organ pipe. You can see the building on the main shopping/restaurant street in Parnu’s Old Town, and it’s worth a quick stop to visit the Ruthern Church (Luthern Church).
