Pangong Lake

Bangong Lake is a typical river-type lake, and the narrow and long lake body creates a unique landscape effect. The two largest tributaries of Bangong Lake, Maga Zangbu and Domaqu, are located in the eastern section of the lake, with sufficient fresh water sources and more supply than evaporation, so the eastern section of the lake is the western section of the lake and the salt water lake.

Bangong Lake, also known as Cuomu Angla Rinpo, Tibetan meaning "long neck swan", is located about 12 kilometers northwest of Ritu County, Ali District, Tibet Autonomous Region, which is shared by China and India, of which China has 413 square kilometers, accounting for about 68.5%. Last year, the Sino-Indian army clashed near the lake.

Bangong Lake is a border lake in China and Kashmir, which means "bright and long lake" in Tibetan. The area is not the largest, and the lake is not the bluest, but the beautiful picture of the snow-capped mountains, lakeside water birds and clear and transparent lake water is the only one. The lake is in an east-west long shape, with wide water at both ends and a river-type water body in the middle. It is said that the narrowest part of the middle is only five meters. The mountains are like a jade belt and gentle. Although it is a lake, it looks more like a river.
