Some interesting objects but a bit pricey

... If you like gorgeous architecture, art, utensils and relics that are full of historical value, you must pack this place in the Takayama sightseeing program. ... a large number of valuable pieces on display ...
This museum is on the street of people, Chom Mueang. In the old shop area I haven't gone to see inside as well, it's closed, but it looks pretty good. The building is an old Japanese-style building.
Located in Kamisannomachi, an old town in Takayama. Exhibits antiques and folk crafts collected by doctor Koichi Fujii. Admission fee is 700 yen. No shooting in the exhibition room. The gate of the entrance was restored by the total yagura zukuri style of the castle gate of Ninomaru, Takayama Jo castle. In the three-story exhibition room, which has been renovated from the Dozo, pottery, lacquer ware, furniture, books, dolls, kimono, arms, etc. are lined up in a narrow place, but there is nothing unique to Takayama. It is not an art folk art museum in Takayama, but an art folk art museum in Takayama.
