It is located on the right bank of the Katagai River, about 7 km from Uozu Station of the Electric Railway. This area was made to distribute water fairly because it had poor water holding and there was no end to the battle over agricultural water. The water is sucked up into the cylindrical water by the siphon principle through the waterway tunnel through the bottom of the Katagai River from the opposite bank. There is nothing around the farmland, but when you raise clean water and finally see the falling water flowing, you feel calm.
