While trying to enjoy my 11yr daughters birthday a drunk off duty employee who was bowling next to me and my family with his friends screamed at my 11yr daughter. After an exchange of words he told us he works there and nothing will happen to his after that he was vaping around my children. One of my family tried to speak to a manager and was told to calm down and let it go. After bowling I also tried to speak to a manager. The female employee tried to brush me off and directed me to the "manager" after asking him if it was acceptable to scream at an 11yr and vaping indoors. He seemed disinterested and asked why we didn't say anything sooner and I told him that we did and were brushed off. Then fist bumped a friend of the man who screamed at my child. This is not a family center, not safe for children, and not tobacco free. I'm sure that doesn't matter to them. I will say at least he apologized to my 11yr.
