I went to April 2018. It is on the way from Zamami Village where the harbor is located to Takatsukiyama Observatory. There is an information board on the side of the road, and if you climb the stairs, you will find the Tower of Peace. It is a monument to mourn the victims of the Battle of Okinawa. The view from here was very good.
