![Avignon is one of the liveliest cities in Provence, the European art and culture center💫! The Avignon Arts Festival every July is not only the largest theatrical performance event in the world, but also one of the oldest and most famous performing arts festivals in France.
Walking through this city full of monumental atmosphere, across the alley corners, many churches, bell towers, museums are hidden, it is perfect for a slow stroll and feel the quiet atmosphere left by history. 🕍⛪️
After staying in Avignon for five days, one day (Sunday) had the best feeling - the street shops were not open, there was no bustle, walking through every corner of the old town there was a "time frozen" tranquility, tranquil like a painting! 📸
The picture is during the day, the classic castle architecture with two minarets, with a clear sky, feel the European humanities!
