Must-See Places in Xi’an

1. Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum
Address: Lintong District, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China
Hours: 8:30–18:30 (Mar 16–Nov 15) / 8:30–18:00 (Nov 16–Mar 15)
Entry: 16 CNY
Unmissable for the Terracotta Army—be sure to check out the two bronze horse sculptures for some epic close-ups in the exhibition hall.

2. Xi’an Bell Tower
Address: Intersection of East/West/North Sizhi Streets, Beilin District
Hours: 8:30–21:30 (Apr–Oct)
Entry: 30 CNY
Tip: After your terracotta adventure, skip the crowded ground-level shots and go straight to the 5th floor of Kaiyuan Shopping Center. You’ll get the absolute best panoramic view of the Bell Tower (and don’t forget your camera at sunset!).

3. China Trade Plaza
Perfect spot for dinner—plenty of restaurants, vibrant atmosphere, and super convenient after a day of sightseeing.
