United Kingdom airport transfers

In regions where child seats are mandatory, you can rent them from the service provider. To find out if child seats are available in regions where they are not mandatory, please check the booking page. When selecting a vehicle, please note that each child seat takes up 1.5 regular seats.

Airport pick-up: After your booking is confirmed, you can check the driver's meeting point on the booking details page. Airport drop-off: The driver will wait for you at the address you provided during booking.

Driver contact info will be emailed to you at least 12 hours before pick-up. You can also find this info on the booking details page. If the time between your booking submission and pick-up is less than 14 hours, the driver's contact info will be emailed to you within 2 hours of booking confirmation. If you are traveling abroad, we recommend enabling international roaming to ensure you can reach the supplier. Note: Some suppliers may send you driver contact info as late as 2 hours before pick-up. These suppliers include Holiday Taxis, Intui.Travel Transfer, Talixo, Smart-Ryde, Heycars, and Sixt.

If you cancel your booking within the free cancellation period, your refund will be issued to your original payment account within 7–14 working days. Please note that after the free cancellation period, refunds are not available.

You can cancel your booking for free on the booking details page before the free cancellation deadline. Please note that once a booking is canceled, it cannot be recovered. If the cancellation deadline has passed, no refund will be issued.

Vehicle usage fees are calculated per vehicle, not per passenger. Choose us for worry-free travel.

If your account contains an airport transfer promo code, it will be automatically applied during the booking process, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the booking fee. If you have multiple promo codes, you can select the promo code you wish to use (inapplicable promo codes will be grayed out). If you have a general promo code available for airport transfers, you can copy and paste it into the corresponding input box when booking. Please review the terms and conditions of the promo code to confirm its applicability.

For details on vehicle passenger and baggage capacity, please refer to the vehicle information page. Generally, when calculating baggage capacity, 1 piece of baggage refers to a 24-inch suitcase. Baggage exceeding this size should be counted as 2 pieces.

When booking an airport transfer, you may need to consider time differences and the demand for vehicles and drivers in different seasons and regions. We generally recommend booking your transfer 48 hours in advance to account for these factors, but please also pay close attention to airline and airport announcements.
