I liked the hotel very much. The most important thing was very clean. Super staff, welcoming, helped with all the necessary information, with tickets, with taxi. Trails on Fitzroy and Torre start next door. The supermarket is not very far, although with the food there is not very much, take into account. The room was comfortable, everything needed to eat, even coffee, tea, sugar, butter, etc. Every day give box with breakfast and put 2 eggs. Excellent apartments.

В целом, хороший недорогой отель, но! В нем очень высокая слышимость, вы можете в подробностях понять, о чем говорят соседи с двух сторон, и слышать абсолютно все, что у них происходит. После тяжелого похода или трудного дня тут сложно отдохнуть в спокойствии.
Номер не маленький, есть общая кухня. Заявленной при бронировании террасы не было, только выход в общий сад.
Общение менеджера очень хорошее и дружелюбное! Помогли и с заездом, и с трансфером, очень открытые и приятные, за это отдельное уважение.
Уборка за 5 ночей отсутствовала, даже не выносили мусор, но обновляли кофейный набор каждый день. Есть отопление, в теплые ночи его отключали, но в номере есть теплые одеяла.
Я столкнулась с проблемой горячей воды, а точнее, с ее отсутствием. Несколько раз помогло просто подождать и долго долго сливать холодную воду, но в день выселения из отеля, искупаться не удалось, просто не было теплой воды из душа. Фен есть, он слабый, но его достаточно, просто лучше планировать сушку заранее, чтобы не торопиться потом на хайкинг с влажной головой и не заболеть.
В целом, отель очень за свои деньги нормальный! Расположение хорошее, всего 3 квадры до самого центра и места, где начинается большинство туров. Много кафе и ресторанов поблизости.
