We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady at the counter, was exceptionally nice and provided great service. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby 😴. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices; the freshly baked bread and squeezed juice were simply delicious 🍞. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even helped us discover some great local hidden gems. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Geneva! 🏨✨

LLiAliceMost Geneva hotels are small and old. This is new and modern. The check in process is simple, as long as it is completed online a few days in advance. The email electronic key will be sent on the same day, mobile phone control. Most of the rooms are electric devices and need to be used.
The family room is small but the space is very well designed, with a lot of storage space. There is a kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and air conditioning, which is very convenient and comfortable.
I like the public space on the ninth floor most. There is a kitchen, dining space, a balcony with panoramic views of Geneva, game room, laundry. Our family is very comfortable to escape the heat in this public space and eat.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel front desk was very welcoming. After we checked in, they sent our luggage to the room and introduced the facilities in the room and how to use them in detail. The room was very clean, the bed was big, and there were free drinks and snacks in the lobby downstairs.
