Fabulous, central hotel in the heart of Villars. Close to everything, staff were lovely and the rooms spacious and super comfortable. Only wish there had been a kettle, but can’t complain. For Switzerland, it was very good value.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Lausanne train station. Room is small. There is a small kettle for boiling hot water for tea and coffee. There’s croissants left at a bread box by the hotel’s entrance in the morning which is nice. As this hotel doesn’t have front desk, it feels more like a regular apartment. City tax is payable at the hotel on the day of check-in via credit card. It felt a bit strange talking over the phone at the hotel’s entrance to someone for check-in but everything was done smoothly. Daily house keeping did keep the rooms clean.
