GGuest UserEvery time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home.
The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

NNik ParksWe had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus.
Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices.
We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim.
The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful.
The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus.
Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too!
We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts.

GGaimingjiaoLxiaojieThis is my top pick for concert accommodation! It's just one subway stop away from the 'Big Lotus' stadium, or a little over 5 minutes by shared bicycle. The transportation is super convenient. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
The room itself is very spacious and even has a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very clean. Being on a high floor, it's incredibly quiet at night, perfect for a good rest.
The front desk and lobby staff were all excellent, proactively greeting guests and offering assistance.
The breakfast selection was also quite good, and the mini wontons were delicious!

JjayvernExpectations needs to be set before booking this hotel to be fully satisfied with the stay.
Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us.
Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building.
So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.

GGenmuThis stay was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, high up in the Hangzhou Yin building with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Qiantang River. The misty river view on a rainy day created a really special atmosphere. Downstairs, you have direct access to the Starlight Avenue shopping area, and it's also very close to Jiangling Road subway station, making it super convenient for getting around and dining out. The room was spotlessly clean, no strange odors when we walked in, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and washing machine were also immaculate, making us feel very at ease using them. The soundproofing exceeded our expectations; we barely heard any traffic from outside or activity from the river, so we slept incredibly soundly at night. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, responding quickly to any questions we had – the service was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite must-review! The location is fantastic, only about 800 meters in a straight line from West Lake. We could easily stroll back to the hotel after an evening walk around the lake. Plus, there's a Wushan Night Market right downstairs. Being so close, I even got up early one morning to wander by the lake – it was less crowded, and I got to see the morning mist, which was incredibly refreshing. We stayed in a lake-view room with large French windows, offering stunning views of West Lake right from our room! The room facilities were also incredibly comprehensive: a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and hot water dispenser. It was super convenient if we wanted to cook something, heat food, or do laundry. The TV was also huge with lots of channels. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very helpful. They proactively added us on WeChat to provide important information and more.

Hygiene: The cleaning staff did an excellent job; it was very clean and hygienic.
Environment: Unexpectedly, it's right opposite Hangzhou East Station. Watching the high-speed trains depart at night was like watching a blockbuster movie. After walking back and forth twice, I finally figured out how to get to the hotel from Hangzhou East Station Metro, and it feels much safer than walking on the street outside, especially at night. There are men blocking the pathways outside the East Station trying to solicit guests for accommodation, which felt unsafe.
Service: The front desk staff was quick with check-in and check-out and escorted me to the hotel building downstairs. You need to use your key card to operate the elevator. Most guests are short-term travelers, so safety is paramount.

GGuest UserThis place is an absolute 10/10. The apartment is very secure and clean, with a modern style. The building takes your facial scan after you check in.
The rooms were very spacious and has a magnificent view of the city area. Bathroom is clean, has a washing machine.
Their front desk is on the 6th floor, the staff working there is very helpful and can store packages for you before you even arrive. The maintenance crew is also very neat.
The main attraction here is it's located in the middle of a few malls, there are plenty of very good restaurants and high end shops on the ground floor as it is very convenient for us within walking distance.
Nike, McDonalds, KFC, pizza hut, subway, Mi store to name a few. Oh and there's street food available right in front of the apartment building after 9pm.
Very convenient location, will visit again for sure 😊.
Kindly note the nearest metro station is about 1km away though.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Feihua Apartment by West Lake for three nights, and I was a bit sad to leave, so I wanted to write a review. Its location is truly the biggest advantage. West Lake is right downstairs; it's not one of those places that claims to be 'close to West Lake' but requires a kilometer or two walk. You literally turn a corner and you're at the lake. Every morning, I'd go for a stroll by the lake after breakfast to digest, and in the evening, I'd go back to watch the sunset. West Lake felt like my backyard. It's also incredibly close to Wulin Night Market, which is just downstairs. Every night, I could try different foods, so I never had to worry about what to eat, although it wasn't particularly amazing, haha.
There are also many bus stops nearby, making it super convenient to get to places like Lingyin Temple and Broken Bridge. Staying here saved a lot of travel time for my Hangzhou trip. While there are many guesthouses in this building, Feihua Apartment has an office where you can store luggage, which is incredibly practical. On our last day, after checking out, we wanted to visit Hefang Street, so we just left our suitcases at their office instead of dragging them around, which made things much easier. Someone was always on duty at the office, so storing and retrieving luggage was convenient and free – such a thoughtful service.
The room is newly renovated, and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. The overall color scheme is warm white and wood, making it look clean and comfortable. All the furniture is new – wardrobe, nightstands, and a desk are all there, making it easy to put things away. The windows are well soundproofed; even though it was lively downstairs at night, it was very quiet once the windows were closed. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet covers and pillowcases smelled like they had been dried and aired out, making for a restful sleep. I even saw people from 'West Grass' (西部草) packing up the linens when we left, which shows they're not using a small, local laundry service but send them out for professional cleaning, which gave me peace of mind.
I have to specifically praise the toiletries. Guesthouses usually don't pay much attention to this, but the shampoo and body wash provided by Feihua Apartment truly exceeded expectations. The toothbrush was soft-bristled, the toothpaste was a branded, individually packaged one, and even the comb was good quality, not one of those flimsy plastic ones that break easily. These details make you feel like the host is genuinely committed to providing a good experience, not just doing the bare minimum.
The host, Auntie, was a highlight of our stay. She was incredibly warm-hearted. We arrived close to 9 PM, and she was still there, taking us upstairs and patiently explaining how to use the air conditioning and adjust the water heater. One day, it rained in Hangzhou, and Auntie even messaged us to ask if we had an umbrella, offering one from the office if we needed it. These small gestures really warmed our hearts. All in all, our stay was very comfortable. The location, environment, and service were all impeccable. I would confidently recommend this place to anyone visiting West Lake.
