GGuest UserExcellent location and one of the cleanest compounds we’ve stayed in Cairo. highly secure, and extremely convenient for families and foreigners.
The compound has access to a great private sports club (membership-based) with excellent indoor and outdoor swimming pools. One of the biggest advantages is that the compound gate opens to the mall alarab, making everything easily accessible — cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and daily essentials. We especially loved having Saudi Supermarket and Spinneys Extra nearby.
Customer service was also excellent. We had a concern inside the apartment, and the team handled it professionally and compensated us with one complimentary night, which was a real plus.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo, especially expats or Europeans looking for a comfortable service apartment with everything nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe location-based taxi booking seemed a bit inaccurate, but I managed to get there the second time. As soon as I got out of the car, several bro gave me directions. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The air conditioning worked well, and the water pipes didn't smell bad. Overall, it was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and even helped me call a taxi.Thanks for Brassbell teams.

GGuest UserOverall very satisfied, the waiter service is in place, the room is spacious enough. There is a separate washing machine and cooking space. In addition, cleaning needs to be informed every day, otherwise it will be defaulted to not clean.

Район тихий, недалеко от молла, где можно поесть. Отличное расположение для тех, кто едет с Северного побережья, но далековато от города. Тем не менее отель прекрасный, красивый и новый!
