Quite nice. It gives off a friendly vibe and is conveniently located. Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the front desk collects a deposit upfront, which is then returned upon check-out. Those who mind this detail should consider it carefully. Otherwise, it's a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

I love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem.... Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !

Convenient and affordable place close to Geneva (reachable with public transport). Overall clean and with all the essentials needed

Everything was clean and I had a pleasant stay. However, the window blinds were broken so you could not sleep in darkness. The toilet kept making noises.

We were welcome by your friendly and pleasant Moroccan staff at the reception counter. He was very friendly, attentive, ready and willing to answer to any request professionally. The vibes he created were very positive. An exemplary service! The room was clean, spacious with all amenities provided. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance to the supermarket and bus stop to the airport. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Your hospitality is what makes this hotel stand out. We left the hotel with a very good impression and will definitely be back!

Hotel location is perfect. It is right in the city. Room is quite cute. We booked 2 rooms nd got different types of room so we could compare. My friends room was better with one big room which is more space and comfortable while mine was a 2 level floor room. Toilet and bathroom are on the different floor. So at night if you need to use a toilet, you have to go downstairs to use it. Not very convenient. If you have a car, you gotta pay for parking at the parking lot. We had an issue when trying to load our luggage in the car during check out. The loading spot was occupied by a van and no places to park.

Incredible apartment with all the comforts, equipped kitchen, 2 rooms, bathroom. It is perfect for rest after a day of skiing. It is at 1 my bus stop that takes you to all stops to take the remont and but walking at 5 min from the telesilla 1 min you have a super and also stores and restaurants

The hotel boasts a great location and an elegant atmosphere. It's about a 30-minute walk from the train station, or just 4 bus stops away. You can pay for the bus with a credit card. The room was spacious and bright, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and a variety of seasonings. Breakfast was excellent, offering freshly squeezed orange juice and even a small juicer for making carrot and apple juice. There was also a pancake machine. They had salmon, Spanish ham, and a wide array of fruits like kiwi, apples, peaches, bananas, and apricots. All the hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were incredibly warm and friendly. They were very quick to address guests' requests. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lyon.

Stayed 8 nights recently in a king deluxe hotel room . The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent facilities including onsite restaurant , bar , cafe , indoor pool , spa , ski drying rooms and lockers , car parking . Our room was modern , luxurious dnd comfortable . Kitchenette was self contained with everything we needed . Disappointing that our room was not attended to at all during our stay for housekeeping , clean linen , towels etc and replacement toilet paper . I would have expected daily housekeeping including fresh towels, restocking toilet paper snd bed making as a minimum when you stay in a full serviced hotel and pay premium prices per night . Beautiful hotel though in great location . Housekeeping needs to be better though .

Everything about my stay was superb. So easy to get to from the airport on the 66 bus. The staff were all lovely and my apartment was fantastic. The bedroom was clean, warm, dark, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped and if you don’t fancy cooking or spending a fortune in a restaurant, I can highly recommend the pizza stall outside! The breakfast is great with a varied selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. I booked the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and it was on time and very quick. I slept really well but woke up soaking wet. I realised it was down to the plastic/rubber sheet under the bedsheets! This was the only problem I encountered. I would definitely return here if I visit Geneva again.
