It is very convenient to cross the road to Gallery 7 (the conference center). The staff is very friendly. The room is large. It is very convenient to have a kitchen. There is Carrefour nearby in 10 minutes and the subway station is 10 minutes. The bathroom is semi-occlusion is a bit inconvenient. No one in the hotel apartment cleans the order cleaning. It seems to be 40 euros a time. Overall it is still very recommended. Cheap and good quality.

It was overall quite nice, no problem with safety or security in the area. The complex is also quite pretty with a garden in the middle. However, I’d have to say that cleanliness wasn’t the best. The sofa was visibly soiled and the shower was not the cleanest when I checked in, but it wasn’t too bad, though for the price I paid, it definitely should have been better. As there is no front desk like conventional hotels, everything goes through their customer service agents though WhatsApp. I felt it was a little troublesome, compared to a conventional front desk, but it works. And just as a note, as the room doesn’t get stocked with basic amenities, make sure to ask for them through the WhatsApp chat!
My family had a wonderful stay here. It is a little small for my family of 4 with two teenage children and our bags, but the usage of the space is well thought out. My children slept quite comfortably in the double sofa bed in the living area. The small kitchenette is very well equipped with all the appliances looking rather brand new. There’s even a washing machine though we didn’t try that out. The bedroom is a nice size with a view of the street. It might be a bit noisy as the street is quite busy even late at night. We were not too bothered by the noise. The only downside is the bathroom and the toilet is a little on the small side. But that can be easily overshadowed by the good location and the cleanliness of the apartment.
There are lots of food options on the street next to the apartment. With nice cafes and shops. And the subway is just a stone throw away.
We had a late flight out and they allowed us to store our luggage in their luggage room till it’s time for our flight.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay here. I will highly recommend this.

It's a bit far from the city. You need to take the subway for 10 minutes. It's also a bit far from the subway station, but the bed is very comfortable. There is free luggage storage, a free coffee machine, a kitchen for cooking, and it seems that there should be apartment services. There is a restaurant next to it, L'économat Restaurant. The frozen foie gras appetizer is so delicious😋 I will go there next time to eat the top foie gras I have ever eaten in Paris.
The apartment was great and exactly what it looked like in the photos and description
All the amenities we needed were provided and in a great location with good access and restaurants
2023. 9. 20 ~9.21~ Our Korean family of 5 had a great stay for 2 nights in a superior 3-bedroom. I realized how happy it was to be able to see the famous Eiffel Tower at a glance while lying on the living room sofa and looking up at it right in front of my eyes. And sleeping in a luxury Parisian apartment built in the 19th century 100 years ago in the 21st century was truly a cinematic experience.^^ The location is fantastic- close to Metro/RER (5 minute walk), grocery and liquor stores (2 minute walk) ). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Having a full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee and tea pot saved us a lot of money. The bed and bath linens are of high quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Quai d’Ivry.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable from the beginning.
Having a microwave in the room was extremely convenient, especially for simple meals and late-night snacks.
In addition, there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby, making it easy to buy groceries and daily necessities.
Overall, it was a practical and comfortable accommodation, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for convenience and good value in Paris.
AAlDeLargeAs mentioned in previous reviews the deposit fee is a bit annoying and I wish I had found out prior to checking in. The room was clean overall but I should warn you that it is quite a noisy neighbourhood especially with tram so be prepared. Both receptionists were very kind and the room was very clean although there was no cleaning done in my room over the space of 3 days. The location is very good in the sense that there are several transport links into the centre.
AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :)
The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!!
At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!
GGuest UserArrived at 2pm on the day of check-in, let us check in early.
The accommodation is located in the first district, not far from the Louvre, Orange Park, Oasis, and the Navy House.
There is a check-in guide in the room, which writes the use of room facilities, major attractions, famous restaurants nearby, supermarket pharmacies and other information for the convenience of guests.
Coffee capsules will not be replenished. There is no daily cleaning, if needed, advance notice and is charged according to the room type.
LLuoluohebaobaoThis apartment hotel belongs to the Accor group, so quality is guaranteed. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's respectable and comfortable. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, room 1003, which offered a view of the Eiffel Tower. For rooms ending in 02, the Eiffel Tower might be partially blocked by a large chimney in front of the building. If you specifically book an Eiffel Tower view room, the view will be even better. As an apartment hotel, there's no daily room cleaning, but it does come with an open-plan kitchen. Downstairs, there's a Korean Kmarket supermarket where you can buy instant noodles, vegetables, and sausages – perfect for a simple meal. Transportation is quite convenient. A quick Google Maps search will show you how to take the metro to the airport. Bus number 30 from right outside the hotel goes to the Arc de Triomphe, and bus 42 goes to Place de la Concorde. It's right next to the Seine River, and a 15-minute walk will get you to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding area is safe. I recommend it for those with a budget under 2000.
GGuest UserOn a passé un bon séjour.
Les chambres sont propres. Les personnels sont accueillants.
Joyeux reviendrai sûrement.
Je recommande à tout le monde
SsykhooPros
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy!
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast.
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up.
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay.
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track.
Cons
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs.
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some.
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!
MMorierTravel with 2 adult and 2 kids.
Sofa bed can fit 2 teenagers, toilet is at the bedroom. Spacious room. Have balcony, cooker to cook. Microwave and fridge. Near to train station there is 2 side you can take either you walk 15 minute or the 5 minute.
Love this hotel and a lot of halal food near by. To Muslim people who can’t decide which hotel to take? This hotel would be great for you. There is halal restaurant selling Thailand food. Phuket town restaurant it’s delicious!
I left a lot of my stuffs in this hotel. Especially my chocolate from Switzerland! 🥹🥹
My winter boot and some of my cooking stuffs
Like pasta and etc. You can take that. No space for my luggage. But the chocolate was accidentally leaving it in the fridge. To the people who clean it. You can take and eat it. Hope you enjoy my Switzerland chocolate.
__WeChat267929****Most reviews said the location in the courtyard was hard to find, but it was actually quite easy; the driver dropped us right at the entrance. The lobby had a slightly strong perfume smell. The biggest issue was the room itself. We booked a quad room, but it only had one bed made of two single beds pushed together and a single sofa. But that wasn't the worst part. The most uncomfortable thing was that the room was divided into two by a sliding door, so the ”living room” (the other separated room) was completely open to the kitchen, and the kitchen's ventilation couldn't be turned off, making noise all night. The only convenient thing was the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. I completely forgot to take photos, but that's basically the room layout.
GGuest UserThe accommodation is in a nice quiet area. No one loitering around the Mairie de Montrouge Station. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the Metro line 4. Upon arrival I was met by the reception staff whom were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and there was thankfully a room available for early check in without charge. They responded to my questions via email regarding the free luggage storage. The customer service communication was excellent. The accommodation was clean well equipped with plates, cutlery, pots and pans, wine glasses, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooker with extractor and a dishwasher. What impressed me was that they even included washing up liquid clean cleaning cloths and a sponge. They made it very functional as soon as I walked in and I did not need to buy anything else but the food. Change of Towels and room cleaning is only for people staying longer than seven days. But that was fine. Walking to the hotel felt safe late in the evening and early morning. There is a large Supermarket Monoprix with ready made meals that you easily warm up or buy all the ingredients to make a cheap meal for two or three days. The store was less than five minutes from the accommodation and a lovely bakery next door. The place was comfortable and although it was a bit further out from central Paris. You can walk to the Catacombs which takes roughly thirty minutes. It felt safe. The pace was just right and I would recommend for those wanting to stay with more space, cooking facilities and respite away from the hustle and bustle of central Paris.
