It's a wonderful hotel for being alone, oh family and couple, the rooms are spacious but the service, as well as the cleaning and recession, are very sacred people. They don't like to clean the rooms or leave toilet paper, they leave you to your own devices if you stay more than two days. The guest has to go outside to ask for it. The dark-skinned recessionist is the most sacred person. She is the one who I had to tell her about the guests' concerns. I told her that it wasn't my job, that it was her job to organize administrative things and that my job was to pay and leave the facilities correctly. She didn't want to return the deposit money. I told her that if she missed my flight, I would hold her responsible. Finally, she understood but she was disrespectful and I had to remind her to save her studies.

location is great. room is spacious with balcony but it's not up to normal hotel cleanliness standard as toilet was a bit smelly while blankets & fitted sheet were not clean for the sofa bed so we had to change. since it's an aparthotel, by default, no tidy up service in room while changing of towels require extra cost

This hotel is located about 10 min drive from the airport. There’s a bus stop about a 6 min walk away that can take you directly into Bordeaux (takes about 45 min). The price more than makes up for this location.
The room itself was very basic in terms of decor but it has a kitchen, microwave, and fridge. This was very convenient.
The cleanliness is ok. The sink was clogged and kept backing up. Otherwise the room was fine.
Overall I would stay here due to the amenities and price. It’s fine if you’re going to be out all day and need a place to crash in Bordeaux.

The overflowing bins at the entrance set the tone upon entering the room: dust, leftovers in the fridge, a kitchen that needs improvement, leaky stains everywhere, and the room not up to standard for the price… The bedding is comfortable until the early morning when you gather the sheets to help the cleaning staff, and then there's no mattress protector and the mattress is stained 🤬 For the price of the room, it's not great; I don't recommend it in its current condition

I am generally satisfied with the hotel, it was the second time I stayed there.
I put only 3* to clean, however, because the covers and the tail were rather doubtful, not sure they were well washed by previous customers as we supposed to do.
3* for staff, I explain to me: very friendly and professional, but I had the unpleasant impression of going for a lie when I wanted to pay in holiday cheques at the arrival. which was accepted only by booking directly at the Residence, which I would like to believe, except that I had had on the phone before booking, another person from the host who had told me that this payment mode would be accepted from a parter such as booking or other (the price being higher live at the Residence); in this case it was sufficient to select a ”modifyable” tariff so that the amount of the CB is just blocked while the payment is made at the arrival to the Residence.
So, although it was not a blocking pp for my stay, I found the lady's distribution a little hurt.
Reliable information should be provided, because the possibility of setting up vacancy checks can be a criterion for the choice of the establishment.

Endroit parfait a proximité accès échangeur autoroute. Très propre calme la s excentré. Correspond a un commercial ou avec voiture . Peu de nourriture à proximité . Véhicule indispensable . Zone industrielle . En revanche Harley Davidson juste en face pour se détendre ou trouver sa prochaine moto .
