Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Ali was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Great location too — close to restaurants and public transport. Highly recommended!

This is an LSE undergraduate dormitory with an excellent location. Bus routes are just a 5-minute walk away, and the British Museum is a 15-minute walk. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find Marks & Spencer Food, KFC, and other supermarkets, making it quite convenient and safe. Breakfast is included, but you have to go before 9 AM if you want fruit. The coffee machine is pretty good. Overall, it's considered extremely good value for money in London.

Stayed here for five nights when I was just pottering around town on a visit. Reception is very efficient and seemed friendly. Room is a tiny studio but has everything you need, clean and compact! Even teas and coffees like a regular hotel (and can ask for more if needed). The location is excellent - walking distance to many of London’s top spots and between Euston and Kings Cross - also a short walk away. It is in a lovely, quiet and secure area, too. Thanks, keep up the great service and hope to see you again!

The apartment is very close to Algate East station. Our room is on the ground floor and you may see people walking outside the street. You will be provided a code on the day before for self check in. The process was smooth and easy. it may not be a very nice area but if you have to be close to City, it is your choice.

It’s a quiet room at the corner. It’s warm inside without AC but I can open the window (mosquitoes would fly into the room, so I can’t really open it wide). There’s a fan provided, but it was noisy and didn’t work very well. Generally, it’s a very convenient location, with everything clean and set up, and the assistance was in time and quite detailed. Except that in the beginning I didn’t really get check-in self guide, and sent inquiry message but didn’t get any reply, so I couldn’t know how to get in the apartment and which room was mine, everything is recommended!

Decent stay. Location is good, about 7min walk from the metro and bus stops are close by. They have Netflix on the TV but it didn’t work, and the WiFi in the room wasn’t linked to the internet and I had to fix it myself to connect to the internet. But everything else was fine, and the staff were super nice.

TTravellingcI stayed in Templeton place for three nights and the room was equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, TV…etc. The room was spacious too. However, especially for solo travellers, please beware of some possible surprising scenario - I encountered a shocking incident when I was having a shower with the bathroom door slightly open. It was around 6~7pm at night. I heard someone keep saying ‘hello’ outside my room but not any alarm, so I turned off the water and clarify. Before I could answer, someone came in, and I saw a man through the mirror (I am a woman). I believe he saw me in the mirror too, then he closed the door and left. I was so shocked to respond. After a while, I called the reception to check what happened. He said that the fire alarm of my room kept ringing, so he came and check what happened. He also said he knocked my door for a few times and no one answered, so he has to make sure I am safe in the room so he unlock the door and came in. He was glad that I am safe but did not mention about causing the embarrassment or inconvenience. I understand that it is the hotel's protocol to make sure guests' safety, and I appreciate their vigilance. But i also suspect that it was not the first time the fire alarm rings, in that occasion, or at some other embarrassing moments. If the shower mist could cause the fire alarm to ring so easily, I believe they could do better by reminding the guests to close the door tightly during shower to avoid triggering the alarm. Moreover, it was very inappropriate that a man entered a woman’s room so easily. It would have been more considerate to send a female staff, or same sex, under those circumstances, to especially female, solo traveller’s rooms, so to eliminate the embarrassment and discomfort to the guest. While I understand that safety comes first and this might be a special incident, I think they could do better by giving reminders to guests about this kind of possible situations. As a single lady travelling on my own, I was shocked the whole night and didn't feel safe to sleep as i realised that the door could be opened so easily but anyone. I wasn’t inclined to feedback or clarify in person as I was alone. I hope they will improve in this area to ensure no such situation will happen again. So please be very aware if you are travelling alone as always. Apart from that, the staff had been helpful during my stay.

JJahid Hasan 32Irecently stayed at Axiom Park Hotel in Battersea. The location was excellent—just steps from a bus stop and near Battersea Park, which made getting around London easy. My studio apartment was spacious by London standards, clean and equipped with a kitchenette, a comfy Select Comfort bed, and fast Wi‑Fi. I appreciated the helpful 24‑hour reception staff and daily housekeeping. Noise could be an issue if your window is open, and I did notice some signs of wear and tear in the decor. The deposit process was also a bit slow to refund. That said, for the price, this hotel offered great value. I’d recommend it to those wanting practical and affordable lodging in London.

KKcjR21I recently stayed at Citadines in Holborn and was thoroughly impressed by its **excellent location**, modern amenities, and attentive service. Nestled in the heart of London, this hotel is a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers. **Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The hotel’s location is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from the Holborn Underground station, making it easy to explore central London. The British Museum, Covent Garden, and vibrant West End theaters are all within walking distance, along with countless restaurants and cafes. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or work, the convenience can’t be overstated. **Rooms & Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** My room was **spotlessly clean**, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor gave the space a fresh, welcoming feel. **Amenities & Extras ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The hotel offers fantastic perks that elevate the stay: - **Free coffee/tea station** in the lobby (a lifesaver for early mornings or late-night work sessions!). - **Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi** that worked seamlessly throughout the property. - A laundry room for your washing needs. - Friendly staff who were always ready to assist. **Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The staff were genuinely warm and professional. **Final Thoughts** outstanding value for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay in London with the perks of a central hub, this is the place. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! *Pro tip: Don’t miss the free coffee—it’s a great way to start your day before heading out to explore!*

PPo_cBefore checking-in this hotel, I was stayed in same hotel in Manchester. In London, I found it convenient to check-in by ourself and I was grateful that I could get my room earlier so I can leave my luggage in the room. The location of this hotel is convenient. Easy to take bus, if u carry heavy luggage and arrive from Paddington station it could be harsh, it takes a bit of walk to the hotel. The room itself is fully equipped with kitchen equipment. Towels, shower gel, shampoo n conditioner are provided in the room. However, there was too many ppl claiming their luggage at the same time on the day I leave, apparently not enough staff to handle which takes extra time to get back my luggage that slightly affect on my next schedule. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return in the future

GGuest UserWhen booking on Ctrip, it was listed as a hotel, but upon arrival, I realized it was a guesthouse. No one came to clean the place daily, replacing the trash and towels, and it wasn't cleaned until after I left. The cooking utensils were quite complete, and there was a public washing machine. The location is great, convenient for Hyde Park and Heathrow Airport. There's a small park nearby, and plenty of dining options, including Chinese, Japanese, burger restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Although the streets are often populated by Indians, Pakistanis, and African Americans, the safety is generally good. It depends on your personal preferences; those who enjoy cooking might consider this place.

DDariuszThe location is excellent but the flat we had needs some refurbishing. Bathroom doors couldn’t be closed properly, cupboard doors were loose, the microwave handle was also broken. The most importantly it was really tiny compared to the impression we’ve got from the photos posted on the internet.

TTinayangxiaoxiongThis was the first hotel in the UK that I've stayed at. It's a bit far from the city center, but public transportation is very convenient, with both subway and bus lines nearby. The walk from the subway station to the apartment is quite lively, passing snack bars, supermarkets, pubs, and even a cinema. During the day, you'll see many Indian-owned '10-yuan shops' and phone repair places, which gives it a vibe similar to a third or fourth-tier city in China. The apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, but I didn't use it much, except for making instant noodles. The bedding was just okay, and while the bathroom was spacious, its other amenities were also average. However, compared to other hotels I had booked, the value for money was decent.

0080yFirst of all, thank you for the early check in and friendly conversation with all the reception staffs. The room was great, enough space, nice kitchen, smart TV, bath tubs. But the first night(3/22) I already found some problem in the room. There’s a long dark hair on the yellow cushion on the sofa which I was thinking that’s fine, until I saw the second long dark hair on my bed! My hair is blonde so I know that was not my own hair! I have to say this kind of cleaning standards is not acceptable in a four star hotel! Moreover, when I was trying to sleep, realised there was a huge flying bug on the ceiling, and I can’t reach it. I literally don’t understand why there’s a huge insect in the room! Btw Thanks for the help from the reception of that night. And they promised to give me a new room and I can change the room tomorrow morning which is 3/23. However, in the morning when I ask, they said they can only help me to clean the room, and they said they are a four star hotel, never happened that there’s dust and hair in the room. I accepted the offer, and they do cleaned my room, but the hair on the bed is still there:). It makes me feel like the conversation is useless at that point.
