RRLiewRight in the city center! Best for new year eve celebration, just a short walk back to the hotel after the fireworks. Very spacious room and living room, amenities are great. The only downside was you need to turn down the sofa bed yourself, no service provided. The elevator is quite slow.

GGuest UserAll the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.

TTravelTime11Nice place to stay, though i think the jacuzzi needs to be warmer. The same block across the road (city suites II) has a much better jacuzzi and even a sauna included. Id pay a bit more and book the building across. Though the apsrtment is nice clean spaciousness and has all facilities you might need for your stay, and more!

EEd WildenThe members of staff were great although disappointed that when I went down to say that the room temperature was too high and the AC didn’t work, the member is staff on reception said that only the manager could adjust it and they were off over the Bank Holiday! Also frustrated with the shower. When setting the temp to warm the water became a drizzle before completely stopping! Had to keep turning the taps on and off and trying both shower heads before it ran normally. Also not great that there want at least 1 bottle of water in the room. Really disappointed as the hotel building itself, the location and the reception team were all great!

GGuest UserThe apartment I stayed in was a spacious two-bedroom apartment (one suite), perfect for a family. The interior was clean, but some details could be improved. The furnace and dryer were quite dusty, and the washing machine's detergent drawer was stained and needed regular cleaning. There was a restaurant downstairs, but it closed at 10 p.m., and the room faced the inner garden, so no noise would disturb my sleep. The apartment was very close to the city's major shopping malls and the tram station, less than three minutes away. Overall, it was a good value, with excellent value, and the staff were helpful.

GGuest UserPoints taken because of the location down an alley full of bin bags and the odd loiterer. However, it is central and there's a bar opposite.
There's no air con. The windows don't open much, and there's no one on site. There was a woman waiting to let us in. She explained everything then went home.
Beds are shockingly soft but not lumpy but the apartment was as pictured. We stayed one night, but beds would put me off staying again and I'd never stay alone because of the location.
Having said all that, the shower was good and it is clean, affordable and centrally located. Lots of positives.

Room could do with a small clean in places (dust blocking hair dryer vents and some marks on the bathroom mirror) but aside from this, the room was v clean and had good amenities.
The 24 hour reception was particularly handy and the hotel felt very secure
Thoroughly recommend for anyone staying in Manchester wanting a good central location

GGuest UserNative Manchester is the perfect base to explore the city! The apartment was a perfect self-contained unit, within a beautiful modern heritage adaption.
A key point of suprise and delight for me was the wonderful knowledge and service of Native's staff. Charlie at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and was an essential part in making my stay fantastic. Whilst the WhatsApp integrated check in system worked, Charlie's help made a key and memorable difference in my stay, and absolutely made my week!

GGuest UserA great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable. Only issue we had was with the patio doors onto the balcony were not easy to use but we worked it out in the end. Would 100% stay again.

Approx 12 min from railway station, in front of big mall, ALDI supermarket.
Apartments are very clean,very huge and cosy.
Big bathroom, huge kitchen with everything you need.
Panoramic windows to the main street of a city.
We want to say big thanks to support service,who helped us at 11PM.
