Nice place, good location. The unit is clean and tidy but we found a small cockroach. We walked to fresh Market where we can find mang kind of food, there are mana restaurant and café. Indomaret is just in the same building in the ground floor. There are also others mini market such as family mart, etc. swimming pool is so nice, there are indoor and also very nice and big swimming pool. The location is only about 400 meters to mangrove forest, there is so beautiful forest. But there is no pedestrian path. Would be so nice if we could walk but it’s almost impossible so we went by car. The admin is so nice, easy to communicate, very responsive.

I’ve stayed at Somerset Sudirman Jakarta several times, and it continues to be one of my top choices in the city. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around Jakarta. The rooms are always clean, and the bed is especially comfortable, which makes a big difference after a long day. I also really enjoyed the room service—the food is delicious and of great quality. Overall, I’ve had consistently good experiences here, and I will definitely come back again.

Good place to stay for a few nights. Located in one of the richest, safest and newest neighborhoods in yakarta. To consider: it is an apartment building and many people use it to live there, so dont expect the commodities you use to have at a hotel. The check in process is not the easiest, you need to communicate via WhatsApp with the apartment owner and he will send somebody to take you to the room. This process can take some additional time. Anyway, for us it was easy and they let us have an early check in, which we greatly appreciated. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

Old but well maintained, there’s a swimming pool and tennis court too, can book the court D-2 by whatsapp to the staff

Location is excellent. Crossing the busy road to go to GI is a breeze coz the guards will help to stop the cars to let us cross. The room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Some days we didn’t even go down for breakfast. Service is good. We would stay here again as it’s so easy to go to GI and Thamrin City.

Check in was easy, hostel was very accommodating. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good in the middle of everything... Cafe, restaurant, bar even beach club.... Overall a good stay and will come back.

The location was perfect since it was walking distance from the Jakarta Convention Center where the Fencing Tournament was being held. Very thoughtful and welcoming to foreigners.

The location is fantastic, very central and close to everything. The room itself is quite basic and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Syfira, who went above and beyond to help us plan our days and book our tours. She took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. Beri gave us a warm and kind welcome during check-in on our first night, setting a great first impression. Jalu was incredibly professional and kind, consistently delivering five-star service. Fachri was also very helpful and efficient in assisting us with adding an extra night to our stay, it was such a smooth process. I’d also like to acknowledge the housekeeping team working behind the scenes. They kept our room spotless, ensured our amenities were always replenished, and regularly topped up our water bottles, thank you for your hard work. Overall, despite the room being quite basic, I would absolutely return without hesitation. The exceptional service from the entire team made all the difference.
