It is what a motel supposed to be. Clean. Sufficient amenities. Insulation is good, so it will not get cold in the morning. Best thing is they provide specific parking for the room. Free summore. Highly recommended!
The price was a bit high for the May Day holiday, at 2000 per night. We stayed in room 824, which is close to the main road of the town. When you open the balcony door, you're right across from the town's largest supermarket, and the lake view is fantastic. The downside is that it can be a bit noisy, though there aren't many cars at night. Check-in at the front desk required a $100 deposit. The room key is an actual key, and they provide a map showing where to park and how to get to your room. The room itself is quite spacious, almost like a mini-suite, with a dining table, sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The LG air conditioning worked very well. The 'king-size' bed was made up of two twin beds pushed together. This hotel seems to be part of the Accor group, so members likely have perks. The breakfast area also offers a great lake view.
It’s good to have free parking spaces, but it doesn’t feel very clean and it’s not hygienic. The cups have lipstick marks and the sheets are stained. , but the others will not be too dirty, this price is also very suitable and worth it, if there is a chance, you may also consider staying, only hope that the future health will be cleaned. There is a lemon tree outside.
The rooms have a clever layout: you enter one door, and it leads to two separate king-sized rooms, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. The facilities are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, a dishwasher, and a microwave, and it has an induction hob. In terms of hygiene, there are both a washer and a dryer. However, the shower lacks a curtain, which means water easily splashes out – a rather thoughtless design that makes the floor slippery. The location is excellent and central; just across the road and over the river is Riverside Market, lined with restaurants and shops. Overall, aside from the parking and shower issues, this hotel is quite satisfactory.
The night sky at Lake Tekapo was spectacular! It was only a 10-minute drive back to our accommodation, and there was parking right at the door. Stays in Lake Tekapo are really expensive, around 1500 during peak season, making it the hardest place to book on our New Zealand trip. But it was definitely worth it!
The room is spacious, clean, well-equipped and convenient for stargazing. From the room you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Tekapo and snow-capped mountains. However, the requirements for garbage sorting are relatively high.
This ground floor studio unit is located a 2 minute walk to New World Supermarket, in the heart of Christchurch. The property includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has an outdoor dining in its own private courtyard where you can enjoy your meal. It is located conveniently close to South City Shopping Centre, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre and a wide range of other amenities.
The hotel's location is excellent; the city tour tram stop is right downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and patient, and they even stored our luggage for us when we checked out. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was that the heater was a bit noisy. Overall, it offers great value for money.
