All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

The room is large and comfortable, but the decoration is a bit old. It belongs to the luxury decoration ten years ago. The spacious room really makes us feel a little relaxed when we are tired of the journey. The breakfast is not bad. 👍

شكرا للأخ محمود على ما قدمه من خدمه وسرعة الاستجابة من العاملين في الفندق هناك ملاحظات بسيطة تزيد المكان جمالا تم رفعها للاستقبال اما الموقع الي حجزت منه اول واخر مرة احجز منه لأنه ياخذ الحجز من تطبيقات أخرى وعرضها مرة أخرى كما حصل معي حتى العنوان كان غير صحيح عندما أردت الذهاب للفندق

Excellent hotel, great value for money, and close to amenities. I honestly recommend it. The staff are kind and very cooperative, the rooms are clean, and there's a fast-food restaurant right next to it.

The hotel is clean, and the furnishings are of a good, but not excellent, standard. You have to request room cleanliness every time, and they are average. The mosque is right in front of it, but its amenities (laundries, grocery stores, and restaurants) are far away. The Corniche is nearby, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Breakfast is average (good quality traditional ingredients and dry cleaning). The staff is friendly, helpful, and flexible. The prices are very high compared to the service, close to the Holiday Inn prices, with a huge difference in service, standard, and location.

Everything is wonderful and hospitality is more than wonderful thanks to the responsible brother in reception for that, just adding the extra family service to the family that has kids like ranking bars and servings, I'm sure it's important things.

Everything was perfect: the reception, the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere, the hotel's location, and its proximity to markets and cafes. I loved it and will definitely repeat the experience, God willing.
